Question: Age 50 & increasingly tired looking face – brow lift and/or upper blepharoplasty?

You have significant asymmetry of your upper eyelids what can be addressed with an upper blepharoplasty under local anesthesia to make them more symmetrical.

Question: 26, male – am I a good candidate for upper blepharoplasty?
Answer: No, you’re not a good candidate for an upper blepharoplasty due to the fact that you have very low eyebrows. Consider a brow lift to raise your eyebrows which would correct the hooded upper eyelids. In addition, you also have extensive scleral show in your lower lids for which a canthoplasty would be of some benefit. For that, you need to see an ocular plastic surgeon.

Question: Can a brow lift/Botox lift my inner brows like this? 
Answer: The limited photographs demonstrate low eyebrows , and you appear to be a good candidate for a brow lift. Botox will be unable to deliver these results.

Question: Am I a good candidate for upper eyelid surgery or eyebrow lift? 
Answer: You have a symmetric upper lids with one more hooded than the other. It’s possible to just do your right eyelid to make it look like your left by removing a conservative amount of skin. Answer: A browlift is done for static purposes to lift the entire forehead, and soften the muscles of expression which include the elevator and depressor functions of the forehead muscles themselves. If you looking for dynamic improvements in your eyebrows, consider Botox. A full set of facial photographs are also be required to make sure you are a candidate for a brow lift procedure, which is only performed for patients who have low set eyebrows.

Question: Will forehead lift help wrinkles on forehead, lift the outer brow & reduce migraines? 
Answer: Much more information is as needed such as a Full set of facial photographs from all angles including your eyelids, forehead, and hairline level. A brow lift is performed to raise low set eyebrows. When an eyebrow lift is performed, the hair line need can be shifted upward or downward upon the pre-existing condition of the hairline itself. A brow lift will not help with migraines, and is only done for cosmetic purposes

Question: I have large round eyes – where exactly do they cut for a brow lift? 
Answer: Much more information is needed, such as a full set of facial photographs demonstrating where your current hairline is, and the extent how low both of your your eyebrow positions are. If you have a high hairline, then the incision is placed at the frontal forelock and the non-hair bearing skin is removed which lowers the hairline. If you already have a low hairline, then the incision is placed behind the hairline.
